Gentlemen, I decided to call Blackthorn yesterday...I just felt like it with everything happening right now.
I spoke to Tony De Santis again. What I thought might be a quick 5 minute chat went on quite a bit longer...perhaps 20 to 25 minutes or so.
The flow of the conversation was steered by a mix of questions I raised, inclusive of some of the hypothesis to the negative side imagined by some posters on this forum (e.g. such as about the validity of the JORC, and about the timing of the CR)
I have to say that although it's hard to extract any info which isn't already in the public domain (and I wasn't expecting to), I think one can still get a sense of things by how confidently certain questions are handled, and in this regard I felt that Tony handled the questions exceptionally well.
At the conclusion of the call, I absolutely felt very positive on all possible issues.
Without wanting to trigger an avalanche of calls to Blackthorn, I would encourage anyone who has any concerns or lingering questions to simply pick up the phone...It is well worth it sometimes...
