Yes, but I would not call this a problem.
The skill of picking good assets which are managed by good people is all part and parcel of the investment process.
You only want to get involved if the people who run businesses care enough about their reputation to maintain impeccable governance stanards, like the Michael Chaneys of this world.
I would go as far as to say that there is a high correlation between the quality/integrity of the people who run a company and finanial performnace/shareholder returns.
You also need to be able to smell a rat and avoid the cr*ap people like the plague
