    I would direct this question at you because CK gets confused and doesn't like answering questions that contradict his earlier statements about shares and the market.

    You also said it's a zero sum situation with shares. I would disagree.

    Say you buy CBA at $10.00 it goes up i make money and sell. The next buyer holds and it goes and sells and so on. Profit to all so not zero sum at all. If the shares stayed the same level then fine I agree the winners would counteract the losers.

    Now if you play poker at the casino there is a certain amount of money on the table. Every hand the casino takes a commission so there you have a less than zero sum situation.
