    I think the point there is that HR doesn't know how to stick to a timeline. Or more precisely I don't think he has one made for ANY of the company's projects.

    Any good manager lives by Ghant charts. If he doesn't then projects just drift on ... and on... and on... and on... and on... and on... and on

    Thats about QMN to a tee up to now
