    As Phoenix has posted in a round about way it would have been good if they had stated what Brian Rear will be tasked with and what some of his more recent achievements have been.

    Knowing the guy personally I can tell you that he is good at getting projects up and running so I'm guessing that's why he's on board. Which is good news IMO.
