"Isn't Nick kind of treading a fine line with regards to disclosing news to the market?"

Seems more like innuendo than news Nick is disclosing so doubt any fine line is being treaded on .
Personally have not spoken to the guy for a year and do not see any point is hassling him , and while it is good that he is open to shareholders I feel the constant ASX updates he puts out are more than adequate for keeping the market including me informed.
Now he is in Washington I am guessing he will have a PA/gate keeper take most of his calls anyway which should reduce him constantly taking investor calls , and allow him to focus on inking contracts to the benefit of all share holders rather than what some consider on here pandering to the interests of a select few.
