Agreed prospector.Grimaldi clearly has plenty of asetts to protect in australia that chm is entitled to,if he had moved it all offshore or whatever he wouldnt have bothered with his 2nd appeal.IM sure grim knows he has buckleys of winning,but by lodging appeal he can try to frustrate chm into agreeing to a settlement.90% of litigation matters settle out of court.Thats a fact,and this case probably will to,but i wouldnt expect chm to settle for less than 20mill.As for puntmans absurd ramblings,the case against mmx and the case against grim are 2 completely separate matters and one case has zero bearing on the other.If puntman had bothered to read a few chm announcements he would know this......but then again i would expect nothing less than that sort of drivel from a scorned mmx lover like him.
