yeah I know it wouldn't happen quickly with this one, but these things do happen. and if you'd bought a whole heap on a punt and then decided it wasn't going to be worth the wait or wasn't going to happen or whatever, then selling them off slowly would be the go, wouldn't it?

also, I would say that whatever someone reads or hears anywhere would have some influence no matter how small on their decisions, and it's pretty obvious that a lot of people both inexperienced and otherwise are influenced to some extent by what they read on hotcopper.
