so that is .315 cents a share + the closing price
closing price $1.06 + 0.315
value now $1.375
so i see this share undervalue by 30%

If the takeover goes ahead we can see it head back to the takeover price $1.52
Given the sp now at 1.06 that is undervalue by 43.5%

ACCC will report there founds on 11 Sep

I think the market should be focused on the underlying performance of the business and fundamentals
and that would rise the share price back to the $1.30 mark
