BM has had many reservations regarding Mr Smith.
Stand by the statement that LAR in its present form would not be able to raise funds.
In any court would reiterate the statement regarding Mr Smith.
My opinion only but there may be a quid pro quo in relation to the new play considering the
original RRS connection to Mr Smith.
Think possibly, this is the strategy, but cannot be sure.
Would also guess that any major capital input would assuage the LAR conundrum.
After all their financial position is probably more precarious than CTR's.
