A combination of uncertainty, HC only research (listening to downrampers with only 1 goal in mind), and the 12 month chart I would say are factors to the low volumes.
It doesnt really matter if people buy now or later as I have my retirement shares. However, I would like to see people make money hence I have the ST buy sentiment. I think the large buy orders will come in when the ann of the accepted proposal is released and Uran is awarded the projects. This removes some uncertainty and looks like some are willing to pay a premium (maybe even a 100%+ premium) for it.
I have to say the recent call to the company has been well worth the time and MK's comments about 5 to 10 bucks (MC of 250Mill+) could come true. Just look at the tonnage of the projects, the processing facilities already in place and the market for the U is already there. Production will come quite quickly once all this gets started.
