partly answers it, thanks. understand the D2E now. also agree the market is being driven on sentiment (& rumours/interpretations of ann's etc).

But IF the banks want to drive CNP down (& I have no idea if they do or not) & CNP owns 51% CER, then logic says they must drive CER down as well. As part of CNP price must be the 51% ownership of CER.
depends on what % of CNP that is made up from the 51% holding in CER.
