Simple really... NMDC stated they are releasing their 7yr road map by May, today is the last day of April, so obviously they'll be releasing it today since they said BY May. We'll probably hear about it tomorrow though due to the time difference.
Going by all the announcements and info we have received I believe that MATMOR will play a big part in their plan so no doubt they will mention it and then I have a feeling that we will receive an announcement from ECT about the signed deal soon after.
