That's quicker than I thought and I think it is good for holders.
Most important thing to note though is that most of the coal blocks (I think over 200, can't remember the exact number); was de-allocated by the Indian supreme court Q3 last year. These blocks are currently been either allocated or auctioned, with Schedule 3 auction/allocation happening this month.
Not sure if ECT are dealing with coal blocks or concession owners/developer that have not been deallocated. If this is the case, then it will be quicker. If not, it will take time because coal blocks will have to be allocated/auctioned and fully permitted to operate. This are my views, please dyor.
