I still can't attribute the SIOC-cdt cash payment delay to JB and his credibility.

There are two parties to every transaction.

Good faith with your business partner is a big thing.
If they let you down, how can you attribute that to JB?

No one has ever been caught out?
Never been akin to a party who owed you money, they promised to pay by a certain date and they haven't?
What deadline would you like? Sometime this year? Or sometime in the future?

Same thing goes with Vanmag?
Anyone want to pull out of the deal and potential have to wait another few years before it sells?
It might still take that a few years, but you don't piss off a parastatal company, particularly if you want to sell Coal to another parastatal company at some point in the future.
