    It wasn’t going to happen, why?

    The technical problem JB is talking about is quiet simple -

    “The fiscal year for the Government of South Africa starts on April 1 and ends March 31."

    Fresh new pages for both parties and for accounting reasons!!

    Great move in my books ,and many would have done the same I would think.

    Not bothered @ all with today’s reaction, the news yesterday was extremely positive .
