Got another email saying the same thing from them today criticising i didn't tell them earlier, and they still have not taken any responsibility.
This is a hefty sum we're talking about now, the difference between the shares when sold wrongly and their value now. I understand they don't want to pay more than they have to or would have....... but the problems were on their end. The first poblem of them not executing when i wanted was theirs, them not cancelling my sale was thiers and then making the sale was theirs too.
Any help?
And any advice on platforms you use that have direct access to the market? at least not going through a market maker.
