Not good that you see it that way Mike - it was I that offered the deal. I just wanted to move on with this and to I was very flustered that I didn't consider the Ombudsman at that time just law courts, which I'd rather avoid the hassle of. The shares were bouncing off a low, so i didn't want to waste time and drag this out for 5% more. I'd traded them 2 weeks ago for 10% more which i felt fortunate about.
