I have nothing to add, I'm just interested to hear about how this plays out....
I had a similar thing happen with Westpac and ESI shares. ESI was in a TH and the day the TH was lifted Westpac brokerage was down, all the phone line where busy and I wasn't able to sell at a profit. I broke even, however missed out on $7k profit. All Westpac did was give me 3mths of no-brokerage trading.
