    Have the same problem with Bell Direct. I called Albidon and was able to speak to Daniel Davis, the company secretary. He told me to instruct Bell Direct to try it again and if it fails to have them contact him.

    I guess you can contact Albidon regarding your problem as well so he'll know that a number of people are having problems converting the stock to chess sponsored.
