Why is it that with just about every thread the first few posts are constructive, informative and well written, then after that more often than not the remainder of the thread becomes denigrating towards other posters. I just don't understand how being disrespectful to each other actually helps information gathering and dissemination. How about we all try to get along. Post positive or negative information regarding the company as long as it is factual and then leave the rest of us to digest the information and add our 2 cents worth if it's constructive. But leave it at that and not make attacks at the poster.
