Thanks for your detailed response Annemc. Your insight on the Japanese and their commercial real estate market helps enormously. Their interim financial results this morning appeared to be great under the current circumstances and their confirmation of the dividend was a relief. All their debt appears to be non-recourse as well which I wasn't aware of. What did others think?
