Do you think now that the takeover of Leo by AOI has been announced to conclude in June. The puntland mobilisation will get delayed to after the takeover?
Have we not reached the stage yet where spudding by 27th July has become improbable?
Why is it that AOI are allowed to take the pi55 time and again? If it is for security reasons then surely it does not seem these issues will go away in a month or so.
Have AOI got a hidden agenda, what is it they hold apart from the seismic studies that is making them feel at ease to drag their heels and not worry about the repercussions of not pulling their finger out?
