    A great read on a sunday night.

    So from my understanding would it be fair to conclude a monumental breakdown in departmental trail mining protocols hence damages claim in Cougars favour but site EPA and procedural implimentation protocols was not met hence Kingaroy could be abandoned?.

    Appoligies if Ive misunderstood.

    Looking forward to the co update.
