    You are absolutely (100%) correct, nobody will lend Coalspur any money with Gill track records, so she can blow it on her over paid salary and bonuses.

    She will not resign as, she will not find any job paying here the amount she is getting. Letting her go would cost Coalspur larger severance pay, which company can not afford.
