Ahh, the super "guarantee".What a joke! If your employer does not contribute to your super for whatever reason there is absolutely no guarantee you will ever recieve it.The tax department is so overwhelmed with claims over unpaid super that they have pretty much given up. I think they dont care too much, after all its not their money.Super Guarantee is simply a name the government thought up to make us feel better about compulsory acquisition of %9 of wages.
