not in the practice of thanking other posters but blokes like you and Pottermore make it worthwhile posting and following this post, we all butt heads now and again and not by any fault of yours you guys have caused me a few sleepless nights but then along comes Tui who I hope is a mega millionaire and has fifty houses cause i am a believer.

Anyway thanks. See your point if we dabbled in future with cystal ball Perth Basin up and cooking Canning massive infrastructure build etc etc we become oversupplied - would there be OS market left with domestic supplies of many countries growing ie China and US Glut
