    For mine, it depends on whether you have faith in David Teoh or not.

    His timing on each step of the rise of TPG from minnow reseller to serious force in telecoms has been pretty good.

    He knows what the big two will do to fight for market share. If his timing is right again, it will be the real makings of a huge company.
