Long term you are correct.. The 5G rollout will come at a massive expense. Short term 5G will pop up on existing towers very quickly. Shopping Centres already have microcells in many instances. Fibre is already there from ISDN primary rate services, existing microcells. Fibre deployed to Optus and Telstra stores. The owners of the light posts are very happy to receive some revenue.. NBN fibre... who knows how much it would be... less than $300 per month on today’s numbers I would think
