    If the merger with CUO takes place then 1 MXX share converts to 2.2 CUO shaes.

    With CUO at $0.565 today then MXX would be worth $1.24

    Currently MXX is $1.16
    If the deal goes ahead this is a great arbitrage opportunity.

    Given the cashflow of CUO I believe it is undevalued right now.

    Plus MXX has a great stable of valuable assets.

    With patience I think a very good outcome will unfold.
