Can't remember the name of the filthy rich woman who just died of meanness (and old age) but she was known for never paying her taxes, for her cruelty to her employees and her abject stinginess.
She was imprisoned for some financial trickery at one stage - but, more importantly, she was also famous because she had said, "only little people pay taxes!"
