Hi Freida I think Jeeps was referring to MRM (Mermaid Marine) as a long term very happy holder of that stock and one who was very sceptical of NMS at the beginning mainly due to their uncontrolled acquisitions early on with little or no management indication of being able to integrate and manage the varied assets they were acquiring.
I have to now say that at this price, and although having watched in great sympathy the story unfold for the past two years- I have jumped aboard. I still feel the wall as one option cannot be far away for NMS, however if they can improve their balance sheet and get on with doing what they CAN do well, then there is money to be had, I am not expecting quick growth or return but would be thrilled to see a business grow responsibly from the ashes of this wreckage.
Remains to be seen if they can take this opportunity. I guess I will now be watching closely to see if I have backed a dead dog or one that wasn't ready to go on the cart! Optimist?- hell yeah hahaha
