There is the handful of crack pots and scammers that you refer to. Some of those agree that there is global warming, so don't. There is no consistency among them. The common element you rely on is that they present some kind of argument against emission reduction technologies.
Seeing that CO2 emission reduction works against the business case of fossil fuel companies around the world, why aren't those companies banding together to support these recalcitrants ? Surely it would be in their interests to publicly support these people ?
And yet, they don't.
In fact, why do the big oil companies publicly say that they believe mmcc is real and that we should reduce emissions ?
