I agree with the fact that a TH then possible suspension should be used by MW.

I will also state that when the deal is close the volumes traded will paint a picture. Not many stocks specially micro caps have water tight management. Maybe MW does run a tight ship, but if I was a betting man I'd say that Mr Market always gets a sniff before something is announced and the trading patterns are a dead give away.

A famous line from Wall Street Mr Gordon Gekko, "The most valuable commodity I know of is Information". Right now that is what we are waiting on from the way this stock has traded recently, we will be waiting a little while yet.
