This is possibly the dumbest thread I've read on HC for a while.
1) this is a business and the timing of decisions/plans can run under or over
2) if the information was already available and a deal signed - it needs to be released to the market whilst the company is readily tradeable (not in halt)
3) in making what could possibly the biggest deal of MW's own career/life with his own money at stake, why would you rush to sign a deal that was going to disadvantage SRT shareholders (and himself) without negotiating further
4) he's already done this once pushing the date out a little
If you guys really wanted the best money making deal that is in the best interests of everyone, why would the timing of the announcement actually matter???
