If he had the numbers to call an EGM 3 months ago why didn't he before it got to this situation.

Thirdly the "groundswell" of shareholders on here wanted PC removed.

I'll say it again, many SH say they did not participate in the SPP because of him YET some of these same posters say they want to chip in now with him still on the board.

As far as i can see we had our chance to save VCR but blew it by listening to the propaganda that was spewed out on this thread by the same people who now want another SPP.
