Hmm........ I will take a second look at this, and compare it to other comapanies, but I have always thought SRI reasonable.
However, I would love to see every company in the ASX put on notice with an inexcess of 25% no vote.
Perhaps we could start a campaign in 2014 to ensure all Mum and Dad shareholders vot no, so the pressure is on the Directors to perform in 2015.
All we need is a catchy phase and facebook.
I'll think about it over the weekend.
