my understanding is they update the website at those times. My intel is that the ML is due any day from now till the end of August. So my estimate is in the next 40 days and I do mean any day - they have all info and all toing and froing is done, no more translating, no more what about this what about that. All done! They can issue now and who knows why they are not...cheers
