In the TPG FY16 result there is this;
"nine months of lower access costs arising from the ACCC’s fixed line services final access determination"
Cant see anything obvious in the reports regarding provisioning, if it was there it would be pretty significant i would have thought, but this is all going away anyway as everything moves to the NBN.
Its still good news, but more a relief, if Telstra had won, it might have bought a lot of other things into question regard ACCC and its powers to force competition onto the market. There would have been a lot more lawsuits.
