interesting thought perhaps a little reduction just before xmas is a chance, although I don't think the US fed has much room to move, otherwise they may end up like japan with near to zero interest rates and then no tools to stimulate the economy.

There seemed to be some growth from the overnight stats less layoffs more factory orders, the inflation genie may be a worry forcing up interest rates which may keep the economy iddling for a while.

Agree with your comments about negative posts - OZL seems to gather some interesting view points, often without relevent facts.
