You all know how unhappy I am with telstra and I no longer have a service with them . I am getting a rebate in the mail for $762 dollars but wait for it it wont come for two more billing periods and when it does it will just be a credit note that I have to call another number ,quote the reference and get them to send me a cheque--so from time of transferring telcos to time of getting money in my hands I predict 4 months from now--------what crap is that all about.

Now here is the clincher that proves beyond all doubt that telstra have lost the plot ; this afternoon I recieved a call from a lovely lady in The Phillipines who told me if I didnt pay my telstra bill I would be cut off---------I just hung up.

Just made another complaint to my local MPs office ; and boy are they fed up with telstra complaints.
