But may I add that at the proposed 6.28 for 1 scrip offer, it means SLR are offering to increase their number of shares on offer by around 35 million or by 15%. This equals significant dilution of current SLR shareholders stakes in the company and is a catalyst for the sell off today.
I wonder what Roger Montgomery thinks about this. SLR is his favourite gold stock.
