    The announcement the other day was great news. But just a formality. We all new this facility was due for completion end of march. So so gains were all ready factored in as far as I'm concerned. Management has been delivering what they promise so far. Yes panax was very late but at a 200000 pound saving. This is a long hold IMO and can see the sp moving when a new announcement is delivered regarding sales later this year. DYOR
