Nothing new here... directors are always pleased to announce anything. That's their job

"b) something that insiders were happy to buy prior to announcement at higher levels"
People buying on rumour not fact. You shouldn't base your trading decisions on other peoples actions.

"c) only the beginning"
Are you sure its not the end?

"d) nothing negative"
Depends on your perspective. It could also be said that there was nothing positive.

Are sure there aren't better places to put your money at the moment?
