careful - Centro has total debt $18Bn and its anyones guess what the value of the US malls are, as they appear to have grossly overpaid for them, and then revalued in their accounts. if the banks order the firesale, to make sure they get back their money, there could be precious little left. i have seen valuations ranging between 29c and $3 best case.
