    Every asset they sell, will reduce the potential cashflow they will need to service their current debt and pay for expenses etc. A fire sale will just add to the misery as they have to still service the amount that they borrowed initially. What choice to they have? Nobody really needs centro assets unless they can get it at a good price.

    Getting the balance right, to get them out of jail is going to be critical. They also have to do something that protects the interest of their secured creditors as well. What a juggling act.

    I think this is why they have opened themselves up to a takeover / injection of equity. Far more simpler process.
