what this supposedly means, is that there is no one lending shares to the shorters to sell. Which makes sort of sense when you think about it. The BnB honchos would not be lending their shares to shorters. Most instos would not have BnB and those that do, probably wised up by now that lending to shorters is a dumb idea.
Which is interesting.
It means the shorters may be selling shares they don't have and cannot borrow. i.e. very "naked".
Which means that a lot of short sales may be defaulting on settlement, or the shorters will have to cover sooner rather than later.
