just remember that we are shareholder too.
I would rather approve shares at higher price than market price, than the other way round.

if SP is at 40c, and placement is at 43c, I'll approve it with my eyes close, no problem. On the other hand, I may not approve it if SP is @ 50c, that's letting insto making chuck lot of money while my holding is diluted.

ok, IPL can vote to say no, but hei, I thought we, the normal shareholder, have a bigger % than them, even IPL+CSIRO is < than us!
