I don't get this bit., page-4

After a lot of thought I’m out until they do a major CR.
Their business model at the moment seems to be ,raise a small bit of money and hope that the price of uranium goes up so they can raise a larger chunk at a higher price.
Unfortunately the expected increase in spot price is taking longer they anticipated and is likely to mean major dilution.
Before the year is out they need to pay the next instalment of the $5 mil owed on the alligator river project so they could be in a position where they need to raise money at say 5 or 6 cent to pay for a project that they agreed to buy when the share price was trading @ 14 cent.
Been a disappointing ride with Vimy but hope to be back some day to recoup my losses........
