Australian Infant formula does not mean it will be automatically given huge valuation, Chinese mums are buying true Australian popular formula not just designed, produced and selling in China. To be successful, imfant formula has to be widely selling in Australia, i.e selling at Coles and Woolies. Brand reputation is more important than anything to Chinese mums.
BUB management is showing a very good strategy starting from $70m-$84m acquisition of NuLac Food which Carprilac adult powder is highly recoganised by Chinese. Currently selling at Coles, Woolies and Chemistwarehouses, JD just an addition. BUB is only requiring one thing to be done, get CFDA approval which should not be an issue, imo.
